Courtesy of Pappy... Thanks for doing this!

What a Face For the Newbie, it may look scary or complicated but it is really quite simple. Hopefully, the following will help.

1. Crank up Flightsim and ensure you have the "Halt on pause" radial under SETTINGS - GENERAL turned off.

2. Select the Aircraft you want to use (747 if you are talented).

3. ALT TAB to desktop and open VAFS. Make sure you have the right flightsim selected.

4. Select the search flight button and look for you a flight which supports the AC and airport you want. You can also pull up all flights and sort on any column you desire.

5. make sure you have your altitude in and the other fields are YES.

6. now, VAFS is ready to track your flight. Let's ALT TAB to our awaiting AC. If you haven't already made a flight PLAN you may create one now. just do not move your AC or you will need to end this flight and re-setup the flight. You may now also change the fuel settings before restarting your engines.

7. After your long or short flight, you arrive at your destination and upon striking the runway, VAFS ends the tracking. You still need to park that AC and then ALT TAB to the VAFS module.

8. WOW, look at those stats for the 747F. what a load of money we made. Save this data or you will loose it.

9. Let's upload this jewel now before you forget. Smile

10. Now you are back at the beginning. You may start again or in this case lets look at our accomplishments by viewing our flight data. TOP LEFT BUTTON

11. Dang, isn't that money good! For less than 2 hours you have just made the company enough money to pay for yourself. Smile Yes, it takes between 750k and 800k of NET earnings from each of our pilots to keep the doors open.

12. That bottom-line is what we like to see. Smile

13. Go to debriefing and have a cup of coffee. geek geek geek OH YEAH, don't forget to shutdown your AC, chalk those tires, and do your post check lists..... dang if maintenance not going to be all over me.
