I sent the following to MCE Support better explaining the question when at uncontrolled airports or airspace. Maybe someome here has a solution.

Hi Team;
Thanks for the response, but I'm still a little perplexed. Please let me explain.
If I begin at a controlled airport such as KHRV, I call for the ATC window to open then request permission for taxi. If the transmission is correct, the ATC window closes and I hear the instructions for taxi. Then ATC window pops open again with the next action which is to tune to tower freq. I then call for the ATC window close until I arrive at the assigned runway. I then call up the ATC window, switch freg to the tower and the window then changes to make the request for take-off. If transmission is made, I close the ATC window until I arrive at the assigned runway. I then call up the ATC window, switch freq to the tower and the window then changes to make the request for take-off and I transmit for take-off clearance. If transmission is made, ATC window closes and tower responds and ATC opens again for my response. After responding, I then say for the ATC window to close and take-off.
All these action show me that My transmissions are being made. If I have the pilot's voice box checked in the settings/ATC menu of FS, confirmation of my transmissions is also made because the default pilot voice repeats my previous transmission, although in somewhat different wording.
Now on to blind transmissions at uncontrolled airspace and airports. If I make an announcement that I'm ready to taxi and have the ATC window open, nothing indicates that my message was transmitted. In fact the transmission does not occur since the default pilot voice never repeats the message. If I say "Choose option 1", then the default pilot voice makes the announcement. Now I'm aware that there will not be any response, but it would be nice to know that the transmission did occur if I make it with MCE. That could be done by having the ATC window close after transmission was made or by some other method, but ONLY if transmission actually occurred. If MCE will not transmit in uncontrolled areas, then I'll have to use the "choose option x" method.
I hope that I explained myself carefully enough. Your program is a great leap in FS simulation."
