 Qualifying as a Dispatcher

I'm wondering how I could go about getting qual'ed to dispatch. Given that only a few guys are issuing releases, and I am interested in flight planning (I sometimes spend an hour or more optimizing a flight plan for non-MCA flights), I'd be interested in serving as a reserve dispatcher.

This is an issue which Mike will have to address. The dispatch process is tightly managed, with our team having RW experience.
