Application disappeared ?

Good morning,

I put in an application request via the brand new support site. After a few days without answer, my ticket has disappeared from the support site. Is it normal or should I start worrying ?

Ticket ID is RUM-540457

Hi Eric,

I'll check to see what may have happened. Regardless, you don't need to submit a new application since you are a former pilot returning to active status.
