Hi. Yeah tried about everything I can think of.
I am working with their support RIGHT NOW online ....... and they are absolutely AMAZING. It is some wee hour in the AM over in the UK...and we are emailing back and forth...and they are doing code changes to try to figure this out.
You cannot get better support than THAT. Above and beyond tha "call of duty".
They fixed the "no data on the about screen" for me already. They are working on another issue I'm having right now.
