With the push for bottom line numbers and freighters being the bread winners, have we considered a Lockheed C-130 or L-1088 Electra?

We have the CV-580 and Dash 7 aircraft and I've been putting in quite a bit of time with them, but I suspect that one of these Lockheed ships might carry a larger load.

These ships wouldn't serve as a direct replacement, as the current ships each serve a valuable purpose, but rather an alternative for some freight runs that might not need pure jet equipment and/or that might benefit from better economy afforded by turboprops.

Just a thought...

We are currently using the C-17 but we could check the numbers on the C-130.

Thank you sir. Either ship would make a nice addition to the fleet and I know that both have been used as RW freighters and the L-1088 Electra also saw quite a bit of pax service with the airlines.

Speaking of the C-17, I have found our textures but not the model....where can the model be obtained? I don't see it listed on our fleet finder, though I did check Very Happy
