I had 2 flights that weren't in the database even though they were uploaded. If you go to www.vafinancials.com and login to the pilot center, you'll see your account info. There will be a "Check/Upload Flights" tab that you can click on. It will look at your "view_flights.htm" file and if there are any that need to be processed, you'll have the option to upload them. Easily fixed, but the flights won't post on the day you flew them - best to go there immediately after confirming that a flight was uploaded but doesn't show up under stats.

Wow I found 4 flights that had never posted!
